Qualifications
- BS in Software Engineering with 7–10 years of software engineering experience.
- Expert in embedded systems architecture, real-time development, and HW/SW integration.
- Proficient with development tools such as VS Code and Git; open source autopilot experience (PX4/ArduPilot).
- Strong communication, leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize complex software components for drones with scalable design.
- Lead process improvements, improve CI/CD pipelines, and mentor engineers.
- Provide technical leadership in R&D projects to meet costs and delivery dates.
- Develop verification test plans and ensure accuracy of test results.
- Drive ownership in SIG NPI and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
