The role requires deep expertise in control theory, ROS, MATLAB/Simulink, and real-time platforms, with mentorship of junior engineers and collaboration with customers on reviews and program milestones.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience leading system-level design, integration, testing, and validation of complex robotic platforms.
• Strong MATLAB/Simulink, C++/Python, and ROS skills for system-level integration and sensor fusion.
• Experience with version control, CI/CD, HIL simulations, automated testing, and system-level debugging.

Responsibilities

• Lead system-level design and integration across robotic platforms, defining architecture and interfaces.
• Oversee sensor and actuator integration, guide design reviews and troubleshooting.
• Manage lifecycle, sustainment, upgrades, and end-of-life transitions for systems.
