Job summary

CraftMark Bakery, LLC in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Robotic Palletizer Operator Level 5 for night shifts to safely operate automated palletizing systems, load, wrap, and prepare finished products for shipment. You will monitor equipment, troubleshoot minor issues, and maintain product quality and pallet integrity.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, with experience around automated manufacturing in food production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Experience operating automated equipment preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read work orders and production documentation.
• Basic computer skills for production reporting and HMI operation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate robotic palletizers, conveyors, pallet dispensers, stretch wrappers, and packaging equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance and adjust to maintain production efficiency.
• Clear jams and perform minor adjustments following Lockout/Tagout procedures when required.
• Verify pallet patterns, product orientation, labels, and pallet quality meet customer specifications.
• Perform equipment start-up, shutdown, and changeovers.
• Complete routine inspections and document equipment performance.
• Identify and communicate mechanical or operational issues to maintenance and supervision.
• Maintain accurate production records and downtime documentation.
• Assist with preventive maintenance activities as assigned.
• Maintain housekeeping and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety requirements.
• Follow GMPs, SQF, HACCP and all company food safety policies.
