Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC is seeking a robotic palletizing operator with sit-down forklift experience to monitor palletizing machines and ensure proper product handling on the production line.

You will follow all safety rules, reinforce safety as a core value, and perform data entry in SAP while maintaining clean and organized palletizing areas. Overtime including weekends is common for this role.

Qualifications

• Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) certification required.
• Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) knowledge required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely when handling pallets.
• Ability to work independently at times.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to travel stairs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate robotic palletizing machines and ensure correct stacking by product SKU and line.
• Adhere to safety policies (LOTO, PPE, PIT) and maintain a safe workplace.
• Enter data into SAP system accurately.
• Maintain pallets, slip sheets, and supplies for daily operations.
• Troubleshoot basic machine faults and clear jams as needed.
• Provide input for continuous safety and quality improvements.
