Job summary

Shearer's Foods is seeking a Robotic Palletizer Operator for the blue night shift (7 PM – 7 AM) in Ohio. The role involves monitoring a robotic palletizing system, ensuring proper SKU-based stacking, and overseeing pallet wrapping with a Lantech Wrapper.

Candidates should follow safety procedures, maintain equipment, and communicate with Maintenance, Warehouse, and Production teams to keep operations running smoothly. High school diploma and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with palletizing or packaging equipment preferred.
• Ability to read生产 schedules and operate safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage Robotic Palletizing System during production.
• Ensure cases are stacked correctly by SKU and line.
• Wrap full pallets with Lantech Wrapper and label accordingly.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe operation of palletizing area.
• Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate with maintenance as needed.
