Maven Robotics designs, builds, and deploys intelligent robotics for logistics and manufacturing. The Robotics Fleet Software Engineer will lead software that keeps large robot fleets running safely and efficiently across customer facilities, spanning data pipelines, back-end services, and operator-facing interfaces.

We value engineering excellence, real-time data handling, and collaboration with Field Operations, DevOps, and Platform teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience.
• Experience building data-intensive web apps backed by streaming data sources.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React.
• Knowledge of real-time data pipelines and cloud databases.
• Ability to own large, strategically important development projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement back-end services to operate a large fleet of robots across multiple facilities.
• Develop data pipelines for secure real-time streaming between robots, edge devices, and cloud services.
• Implement on-robot software for secure teleoperation and assignment execution.
• Create intuitive front-end web applications for operators, managers, and engineers.
• Collaborate with customers to understand operational requirements and tailor solutions.
