Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an ABET-accredited engineering program.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 10+ years of experience in roadway/highway design and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scope, schedule and budget for roadway projects.
• Coordinate multi-discipline teams and subconsultants.
• Develop project plans, PM plans and quality management plans.
• Create and maintain project schedules and manage subconsultants.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and manage change orders and invoicing.
• Communicate project status and issues to clients and stakeholders.
