Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson is a dynamic engineering firm delivering roadway projects across the United States. We seek an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, scope, schedule, and budget for assigned projects in North Carolina, coordinating multi-discipline teams and communicating with clients to ensure quality outcomes.

You will provide leadership, risk management, and mentorship while supporting progress reporting, invoicing reviews, and business development activities through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ABET-accredited civil engineering.
• Professional Engineer license required.
• 10+ years' experience in roadway/highway planning.
• Proficiency with Bentley MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer.
• Experience with Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, or P3 delivery.
• Strong project management, leadership, and client liaison skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and budgeting to meet objectives.
• Coordinate with disciplines and subconsultants to define scope and fees.
• Develop and maintain Project Management Plans and QA plans.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and process change requests.
• Communicate status and issues to stakeholders and clients.
• Mentor project team and drive performance improvements.
• Support marketing with proposals and interview processes.
• Guide technical resources to ensure high-quality outcomes.
