GAI Consultants, Inc. seeks a Senior Roadway Engineering Project Manager with 15+ years in transportation and roadway design management to lead complex projects from the Jacksonville area.

The role emphasizes client relationships with FDOT and local agencies and a blend of sales and technical leadership. The ideal candidate will manage multi-million-dollar portfolios, mentor PMs, and drive business development while delivering high-value, time-sensitive projects across NE Florida.

Qualifications

• 15+ years total engineering/technical experience with at least 10 years in project management leading projects or portfolios.
• Demonstrated track record of external customer engagements and building/maintaining client relationships.
• Current valid state driver's license; relevant professional license (PE/PLS/PG/RLA, etc.) required; PMP preferred or pursuing.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety and profitability for projects or portfolios.
• Lead business development pursuits and act as senior company representative to clients and contractors.
• Mentor PMs and assemble large multi-office project teams; travel up to 25% as needed.
