Qualifikationen

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Nine years of roadway maintenance or construction experience are required; three years in supervision.
• Must hold a valid US driver's license and a Commercial Class A CDL; N endorsement required within 120 days.

• Inspect road conditions, work-in-progress and completed by crews/contractors.
• Plan, coordinate and implement emergency response to weather, accidents and hazards.
• Prepare and monitor the budget and supervise office activities.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of light and heavy equipment.
• Mentor and train employees and ensure safety guidelines are followed.
