Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in infrastructure maintenance.
• Valid driver license and a good driving record required.
• CDL, DOT certifications, Electrical and Welding certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance crews and coordinate daily activities per local work-plan.
• Direct and coordinate emergency responses and road closures.
• Set up and remove Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) controls and signage.
• Maintain and repair highway surfaces, drainage, signage, and lighting as needed.
• Ensure safety compliance and training adherence across all tasks.
