Job summary

Ferrovial is seeking hands-on infrastructure maintenance professionals to maintain roads, bridges and related assets in the Crestview, FL area. You will perform repairs, traffic control setup, and daily safety procedures while contributing to a strong team culture.

Ideal candidates have a HS Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and at least 1 year of maintenance experience. CDL/DOT certifications are a bonus, and flexibility for after-hours work is expected.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• One year of infrastructure maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required; CDL/DOT certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service and repair roads and related assets per contract standards.
• Set up and remove traffic control devices to ensure safe MOT operations.
• Work from heights using bucket trucks, scaffolding, ladders, and aerial lifts.
• Repair bridge components, drainage, lighting and electrical systems as needed.
• Transport crew and equipment to sites; respond to overtime/evenings/weekends as required.
• Maintain safe, clean highways and medians; manage vegetation and debris.
