Job summary

Ferrovial, together with its Webber unit, seeks an on-site Maintenance Worker in Florida to perform road and infrastructure upkeep, debris removal, and MOT tasks. You will operate trucks and support crews while adhering to safety rules and procedures.

Requirements include a HS Diploma or GED, a valid driver license, and a willingness to obtain Advanced MOT Certification. Experience in road maintenance and the ability to read safety docs are preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• One year work experience in infrastructure, maintenance, and repair preferred.
• Valid driver license required and clean driving record.
• Must obtain Advanced MOT Certification per contract requirements.
• Ability to read, write and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain roads and related infrastructure as per contract standards.
• Set up and remove traffic control devices to ensure safe MOT.
• Transport crew and equipment to sites using large trucks and trailers.
• Remove road debris, litter, and hazards across facilities and roadways.
• Adhere to company policies and safety requirements; work flexible shifts.
