Garver in Baton Rouge seeks a Transportation Roadway Team Leader to guide highway design, manage complex projects, and expand Garver’s transportation presence in Louisiana. You’ll mentor staff, lead proposals, and help expand Garver’s transportation presence while partnering with LADOTD and local agencies.

Role requires 10+ years in transportation engineering, a PE in Louisiana (or reciprocity within 3 months), ABET-accredited civil degree, and experience with Microstation, InRoads and Open

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Louisiana or can reciprocity within 3 months.
• Experience with AASHTO Green Book, MUTCD, LADOTD standards.
• 10+ years in transportation engineering and project delivery.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement transportation market growth strategies in Louisiana.
• Lead roadway design and plan development with QA oversight.
• Manage roadway projects for LADOTD and local agencies.
• Mentor staff, recruit, and build a high-performing team.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders throughout project life cycle.
