Garver is seeking a Transportation Roadway Team Leader in Baton Rouge, LA. This senior role partners with the Louisiana Transportation Team Leader to grow Garver's presence in the state, mentoring staff and pursuing strategic opportunities with major clients.

You will lead geometric design, plan development, and project delivery from planning through construction support, ensuring quality and adherence to LADOTD standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Licensed PE in Louisiana or eligible for reciprocity within three months of hire.
• Experience with AASHTO Green Book, MUTCD, LADOTD Standards.

Mansioni

• Lead roadway design and plan development efforts.
• Manage roadway and transportation projects for LADOTD and local clients.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery.
