Job summary

The role requires five years of heavy highway experience, degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, and strong leadership in a safety-first environment. On-site work with direct collaboration across PCI divisions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management; minimum five years’ experience in heavy highway excavation.
• Knowledge of union regulations and industry practices.
• Ability to multi-task across several projects and stay on schedule.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word; strong leadership and self-direction.

Responsibilities

• Plan procedures, staffing, and schedules for each construction phase.
• Coordinate with crews, subcontractors, and project manager daily.
• Inspect work for contract compliance and quality standards.
• Maintain field cost control and analyze production data for corrective actions.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance on site.
• Assist estimating and preconstruction in planning and production.
