Job summary

STV Incorporated in North Carolina is seeking a Senior Civil/Roadway Project Manager to lead transportation design and project management for municipal agencies, local governments, and NCDOT.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in roadway/bridge design, a Civil Engineering degree, and an active NC PE license. Expertise in OpenRoads Designer and strong client interaction are essential for coordinating design teams and delivering on schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in roadway or bridge design
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required
• NC PE license required

Responsibilities

• Provide project management and professional design services for transportation improvements.
• Manage design, provide QC for roadway geometry, drainage, and traffic control.
• Lead project meetings with STV and clients to review progress and issues.
• Develop scopes, fees, schedules, staffing projections, risk registers, QC records, deliverable submittals.
• Coordinate with client staff and other engineering disciplines to ensure quality deliverables.
