Job summary

STV in North Carolina seeks a Senior Civil/Roadway Project Manager to lead transportation projects for municipal, local, and NCDOT clients. You will manage design, provide senior-level plans, and QC roadway geometry and drainage while coordinating with client teams and marketing.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in roadway/bridge design, a B.S. in Civil Engineering, and an active NC PE license, with ORD/Open Roads experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• NC PE license required.
• 10+ years in roadway or bridge design.
• Experience with open roads/ORD is a plus.
• Proven project management and client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM and professional design services for transportation projects.
• Manage design, provide senior-level designs, and QC for roadway details.
• Coordinate with client teams and marketing on project goals.
• Mentor civil design staff and lead project meetings.
• Create scopes, schedules, fees, and invoices.
