Job summary

Stark Tech in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Senior Project & Commissioning Engineer to lead RNG plant start-up from SAT through full commissioning and operational acceptance.

You will coordinate activities of customers, contractors, vendors and internal teams, provide leadership and coaching to engineers and technicians, and support Balance of Plant controls to ensure safe, reliable operation. Travel nationwide up to 50%+ as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7-10 years of RNG plant experience in landfill/biogas or related equipment.
• Experience with RNG equipment design, testing, startup and full plant operation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and real-time field issue resolution.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with customers, contractors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead RNG plant start-up from SAT through commissioning and operational acceptance.
• Coordinate activities of customers, contractors, vendors and internal teams.
• Provide leadership and coaching to engineers and technicians.
• Support Balance of Plant controls and overall plant operation.
• Travel nationwide up to 50%+ as required.
