Job summary

Stark Tech is seeking a Senior Project & Commissioning Engineer to manage RNG plant start-up from SAT through full commissioning and operational acceptance. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team and coordinate with customers, vendors, and site staff to meet start-up goals.

This role requires 7–10 years RNG plant experience, a Bachelor's in engineering, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 50%+ nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7-10 years RNG plant experience in landfill/biogas or gas compression.
• Experience with RNG equipment design, manufacturing, testing, startup, and full plant operation.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-service mindset.
• Willing to travel nationwide up to 50%+.

Responsibilities

• Manage RNG plant start-up from SAT through commissioning and acceptance.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with customers, contractors, and vendors.
• Provide leadership and coaching to engineers and technicians.
• Support skid and Balance of Plant controls on site.
