Job summary

Stark Tech is seeking a Senior Project & Commissioning Engineer to lead the RNG plant start-up from SAT through full commissioning and operational acceptance. The role requires strong customer-facing and internal leadership, coordinating multiple parties to meet startup and operation goals.

Travel nationwide up to 50%+ is required, including on-site weeks as needed. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's in engineering with 7-10 years' RNG plant experience, proficiency in CAD/MS Office, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience required.
• 7-10 years of RNG plant experience in landfill/biogas or gas equipment settings.
• Experience with RNG equipment design, testing, startup, and full plant operation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and real-time field issue resolution.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to balance multiple stakeholders.
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills; ability to collaborate with project managers and trades.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; CAD experience is a plus.
• Project management skills; PMP certification is a plus.
• Willingness to travel nationwide up to 50%+ with on-site commitments.

Responsibilities

• Manage RNG plant start-up from SAT through commissioning and operational acceptance.
• Provide leadership and coaching to Engineers and Technicians.
• Coordinate activities of customers, contractors, vendors and internal teams.
• Support Balance of Plant controls and related systems.
