Job summary

Stark Tech is seeking a Senior Project & Commissioning Engineer to guide RNG plant start-up from SAT through commissioning and acceptance. You will coordinate customer and internal teams to meet schedule and cost objectives, while coaching engineers and technicians in field execution.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10 years of RNG plant experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to travel nationwide up to 50%+ for site weeks as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years of RNG plant experience in landfill/biogas or gas compression/separation industries.
• Experience with RNG equipment design, testing, start-up, and full plant operation.
• Strong problem-solving and real-time field issue resolution skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication, balancing multiple stakeholders.
• Able to travel nationwide up to 50%+ and spend multiple weeks on site.

Responsibilities

• Lead RNG plant start-up from SAT through commissioning and operational acceptance.
• Coordinate activities of customers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet start-up requirements.
• Provide leadership and coaching to engineers and technicians on project execution.
• Support skid and Balance of Plant control efforts during commissioning and operation.
