FutureCare is seeking an RN Unit Manager to lead a nursing unit, ensuring high-quality resident care and compliance with nursing standards.

The role requires an active Maryland RN license, a bachelor’s in nursing (preferred), and 1–3 years of management experience in long-term or acute care settings. CPR certification is required, with opportunities for growth and competitive compensation.

Qualificações

• Active RN license issued in Maryland.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
• 1–3 years of managerial experience preferred.
• Experience caring for residents in acute or long-term care.
• Current CPR license required.

Responsabilidades

• Leads daily operations of the unit to ensure quality nursing care.
• Oversees day-to-day care and restorative health for residents.
• Develops and implements resident care plans as needed.
• Evaluates and prioritizes the care needs of residents.
• Supervises and manages staff performance when needed.
• Collaborates with the Director of Nursing and physicians.
• Identifies issues and works to resolve them.
• Directs all clinical aspects of nursing practice and activities.
• Serves as the main contact between residents and families.
• Performs audits, charting, and medical forms.
