Job summary
Apple Rehab Watertown is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead nursing services at our Watertown facility. The role involves planning, supervising, and ensuring top-quality resident care with regulatory compliance, including collaboration with the Nursing Director for operations and emergency support.
Per diem options are welcome, with opportunities to coordinate staffing and adjust care plans alongside medical staff.
Qualifications
- Current state RN license and good standing.
- Experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Team player with strong cooperation.
- Long term care and rehabilitative nursing knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and execute nursing services while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Oversee day-to-day nursing activities to ensure consistent, high-quality resident care.
- Coordinate with Nursing Director to align operations and emergency coverage.
- Direct charge nurses and adjust care plans with medical staff as needed.
- Ensure adequate relief staff and communicate changes to physicians.
