Job summary

Apple Rehab Coccomo in Meriden, CT seeks an experienced RN Supervisor to lead nursing services for our 100-bed skilled facility. You will oversee daily nursing activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and work closely with the Nursing Director to coordinate care across shifts.

Responsibilities include adjusting care plans, directing charge nurses, and ensuring adequate on-call coverage for emergencies. Walk-in Interviews Tue–Fri 10am–4pm; compensation discussed upon inquiry.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license in good standing.
• Experience in supervisory capacity.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, oversee, and execute nursing services for residents in compliance with regulations.
• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities to ensure consistently high-quality care.
• Collaborate with Nursing Director to strategize nursing service operations and emergency support.
• Coordinate nursing activities with medical requirements and physician directives.
• Direct charge nurses to ensure residents receive proper care.
• Adjust care plans with medical staff to address urgent needs.
