Apple Rehab Shelton Lakes in Shelton, Connecticut, is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing services for our 106-bed facility. You will supervise daily nursing activities, ensure compliance with regulations, and work with the Nursing Director to coordinate operations and emergency support across shifts.

Paid at competitive rates starting at $52.25 per hour, with Fulltime, Parttime, and Per diem options. Weekend on-call requirements apply; benefits include health insurance, 401K, and generous

Qualifications

• Hold a current state RN license and be in good standing.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong teamwork and cooperation.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitative nursing practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee nursing services for residents while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities to ensure high-quality care.
• Collaborate with Nursing Director to strategize operations and emergency support.
• Coordinate nursing activities with medical requirements and physician directives.
• Direct charge nurses to ensure proper resident care.
• Adjust care plans with medical staff for emergencies.
• In supervisor absence, assume operating decisions.
• Ensure adequate relief staff and notify physicians of major changes.
