Qualifications

• Licensed RN in North Carolina with current license renewal.
• CPR certification (annual) required.
• Long Term Care experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervises the Facility nursing staff during shifts.
• Directs Nursing Services Department in coordination with DON.
• Ensures nursing care aligns with Nursing Practice Act and regulations.
• Assists nurses with patients during acute episodes.
• Manages on-call responsibilities and documents actions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
