Job summary

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) for Louisburg Health & Rehabilitation Center in Louisburg, NC. The RN will supervise nursing staff, direct the Nursing Services Department, and ensure care aligns with the Nursing Practice Act and facility policies.

The ideal candidate will have an NC RN license, a commitment to geriatric nursing, CPR certification, and willingness to handle on-call duties while supporting staff and patients

Qualifications

• RN must be licensed in North Carolina and provide proof of license renewal every two years.
• Geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• Strong supervisory and staff leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff during shifts and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Direct and coordinate Nursing Services Department in collaboration with the Director of Nursing.
• Monitor compliance with Nursing Practice Act and facility policies/regulations.
• Assist nurses with patients during acute episodes and resolve staff issues promptly.
• Handle on-call responsibilities and perform other duties as assigned.
