Formación

• Must be CPR certified yearly.
• Provide quality nursing care and follow physician orders.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems.
• Follow facility policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Assist nursing staff on a unit during assigned hours.
• Provide resident care under RN supervision and delegate tasks to non-licensed staff.
• Assist with admissions, assessments, and records per unit policy.
• Support infection control and Standard Precautions.
• Prepare and monitor lab requests and communicate results to MD as needed.
• Participate in meetings and care coordination with the health care team.
