Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Facility and direct the nursing staff during the shift to ensure optimal patient care.
• Assist the Director of Nursing in directing, coordinating, and supervising the Nursing Services Department.
• Oversee nursing services during the shift in accordance with the Nursing Practice Act and applicable policies.
