Job summary

Avamere Rehabilitation of Issaquah is seeking a Resident Care Manager RN to oversee and coordinate resident care, reporting to the Director of Nursing. The role involves developing care plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining open communication with residents, families, and staff.

Schedule is full-time with rotating on-call weekends. The position requires an active WA RN license (BSN preferred) and at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Must have a nursing degree and an active RN license in WA.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records and documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of resident care and daily activities.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on resident needs.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services for seamless care.
• Maintain accurate records of resident care and participate in surveys and plans of correction.
• Collaborate with Medical Director to assure quality of care.
