Job summary

Avamere Rehab of Eugene is seeking a Resident Care Manager RN to support the Director of Nursing by supervising and coordinating resident care, activities and medical needs in a skilled nursing setting. You will develop care plans, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain records, mentor staff, and collaborate with the Medical Director to uphold high-quality care and a warm, professional environment.

This full-time role requires an active RN license in Oregon and at least one year of supervisory

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active RN license in Oregon.
• BSN preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of resident care, including daily activities, personal care and medical needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on resident needs and preferences.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain open communication with residents, families, staff and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and facility policies; monitor and evaluate care quality.
