Job summary

Avamere Skilled Advisors, LLC d/b/a Avamere Living in Tacoma, WA, is seeking a Resident Care Manager RN for Avamere Transitional Care of Puget Sound. This full-time, dayschedule role supports the Director of Nursing in supervising and coordinating resident care needs.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license (BSN preferred) and at least 1 year supervisory experience in a healthcare setting; EMR experience and excellent communication are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current, unencumbered, active RN license in the state (BSN preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of resident care, including daily activities and medical needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on resident needs and preferences.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain open communication with residents, families, staff and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and facility policies.
• Monitor and evaluate quality of resident care to meet standards.
