Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse license in good standing or Multistate RN License with NJ Endorsement

• Strong leadership, collaboration, and clinical judgment

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and recognize clinical changes, intervening early

• Serve as a clinical partner to physicians and advanced providers
• Educate patients and families to support informed care decisions
• Ensure accurate documentation in EMR for continuity and safety
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds to coordinate care and transitions
• Foster a collaborative team environment and pursue professional growth
