Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Two years of nursing and/or ER nursing experience preferred.
• BSN strongly preferred; CEN certification a plus.
• Comfort with EMR systems (EPIC).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and recognize clinical changes.
• Provide safe, evidence-based medications and hands-on care.
• Serve as a clinical partner to physicians and advanced providers.
• Educate patients and families clearly to support transitions of care.
• Document accurately in the EMR to promote continuity and safety.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds to drive coordinated care.
• Contribute to a collaborative team with shared accountability and growth.
