Qualifications

• Administer medications and provide hands-on care.
• Collaborate with physicians and advanced providers for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families for next steps of care.
• Accurately document in the EMR to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and team communication.
