Job summary

Management & Training Corporation (MTC) is hiring for the Los Angeles Job Corps Center in Los Angeles, CA to lead the wellness center operations. The role requires a Nursing degree and California RN license, with at least three years of nursing experience in a medical facility serving students.

You will supervise staff, coordinate clinical services, schedule nurses, and implement policies with the health/wellness director, in alignment with center goals.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree and California RN license; clinical nursing experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical facility or related setting.
• Ability to relate to and meet students' health needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily operations of the wellness center, including supervision of LVNs.
• Provide staff training and performance evaluations as directed by health & wellness director.
• Develop and implement policies affecting the wellness center and coordinate with other departments.
• Coordinate health care for student programs and clinical services.
• Schedule clinical staff and manage inventory of medical supplies.
• Ensure compliance with government and management directives.
