Job summary

Muhlenberg Job Corps Center is seeking an experienced RN to assist the Health and Wellness Director in planning, implementing, and evaluating a wellness program aligned with students’ needs and Job Corps goals. The role requires an active RN license, an associate degree in nursing (BSN preferred), and at least one year of experience with youth.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted RN license to practice in the state where the center is located.
Associate degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
Minimum of one year of related experience working with youth.
Strong verbal and written communication, public speaking, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Assist Health and Wellness Director in planning and evaluating wellness activities.
Follow doctor’s orders in Wellness Center and care for students.
Maintain patient charts and medical records.
Dispense prescribed medications.
Serve as on-call nurse when scheduled.
Ensure safety and compliance with policies and procedures.
