The ideal candidate holds a California RN license and a nursing degree, with at least three years of nursing experience in a medical facility and a strong focus on student needs.

Qualifikationen

• Nursing degree and a current RN license in CA.
• Three years' experience in medical facility or related nursing.
• Ability to relate to and identify with student needs.

Aufgaben

• Plan, coordinate, and manage the daily clinical operations of the wellness center including direct supervision of LVNs.
• Provide staff training and input for evaluation of staff performance.
• Develop and implement policies affecting the wellness center and coordinate with other departments for compliance.
• Supervise and coordinate health care for students and related programs.
• Schedule nurses for clinicals and coordinate student walk-in procedures.
