Job summary

Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager at Mexia State Supported Living Center. The RNCM performs highly complex nursing work for individuals with specialized medical and behavioral needs, coordinating care and leading nursing teams within a state-operated facility.

The role requires RN licensure in Texas (or compact), with opportunities to lead, train, and mentor staff while ensuring adherence to nursing standards and care plans.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required and ongoing state nursing practice.

Responsibilities
