Job summary

• Two years of nursing experience; geriatric experience preferred; CPR certification at hire or during orientation and kept current.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage patient care and services to achieve optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being.
• Direct licensed staff and CNAs in prioritizing patient care needs and reporting requirements.
• Assess patient needs and develop plans of care.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with Life Care policies and applicable regulations.
