Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Nevada.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the MDS process, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify resident needs and develop strategies.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.
• Provide education and training to staff members on MDS and care planning processes.
