Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Security Controls Assessor to conduct comprehensive security control assessments and support RMF/JSIG processes across Collateral, SCI, and SAP environments.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, 7 years of relevant experience, and DoD 8570.01-M compliance. You will prepare SARs, POA&Ms, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure secure, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in related field required.
• 7 years of relevant experience required.
• 2 years in SAP, SCI or Collateral information systems security.
• Previous ISSO/ISSM experience preferred.
• DoD 8570.01-M two-level certification required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessment of security controls (RMF/JSIG).
• Advise stakeholders on assessment and authorization matters.
• Evaluate authorization packages for the Authorizing Official.
• Review sanitization procedures and support inspections and incident responses.
• Assess security impact of hardware, software and environment changes.
• Produce SARs and POA&Ms with actionable recommendations.
