Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a Security Controls Assessor to perform comprehensive assessments of security controls across DoD environments. You will evaluate management, operational, and technical controls and document findings to support risk reduction and compliance.

The role requires experience with RMF and JSIG, active TS/SCI clearance, and hands-on expertise in information assurance. SPA offers competitive compensation and benefits in the Washington, DC area.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in related field.
• 7 years of relevant experience.
• 2 years in SAP, SCI or Collateral information systems security.
• DoD 8570.01-M IAT III or IAM II certification.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessment of management, operational, and technical security controls.
• Assess RMF/JSIG compliance and prepare Security Assessment Reports (SARs).
• Recommend corrective actions and support authorization decisions.
