Job summary

P-11 Security is seeking a Senior SCA to conduct comprehensive assessments of security controls within an information system, applying RMF and JSIG guidance. You will determine effectiveness and advise on governance and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities include evaluating authorization packages, preparing SARs and POA&Ms, supporting government inspections, and collaborating with the ISO/PSO/AO. A current TS clearance with SCI eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years related experience.
• Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in SAP, SCI or Collateral IS Security and the implementation of regulations.
• Prior performance in the role of ISSO and ISSM or SCA.

Responsibilities

• Perform oversight of IS security program policy and RMF/JSIG-based assessments.
• Advise ISO/IDO/PSO/DAO/AO on assessment and authorization issues.
• Evaluate authorization packages and recommend authorization decisions.
• Prepare SARs and POA&Ms documenting assessments and findings.
• Assist in government inspections and security incident handling.
• Ensure SDLC security considerations are addressed across systems.
