Job summary

Global Resource Solutions, Inc. seeks a Security Control Assessor II in Arlington, VA to lead comprehensive assessments of security controls and prepare SAR reports. You will evaluate RMF/JAFAN-based packages and advise government stakeholders on authorization issues.

The role requires a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, strong policy knowledge, and ability to coordinate across collateral, SCI and SAP domains. Travel and tight deadlines are expected.

Qualifications

• Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required or within 6 months of hire.
• Familiarity with DoD security requirements and RMF/JAFAN guidelines.
• Ability to interact with government personnel and industry partners.
• Proven experience in security assessment activities and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of management, operational and technical security controls.
• Review SSP, SCTM and SAR artifacts and prepare final assessment reports.
• Advise government on assessment methodologies and authorization issues.
• Evaluate authorization packages and coordinate with AO/DAO for approval.
• Ensure compliance across Collateral, SCI and SAP environments.
