Job summary

Southern Ohio Cleanup Company LLC is seeking a Senior RMDC Technician to perform Records Management / Document Control under direct supervision, ensuring compliance with procedures and contractual requirements. You will support RMDC with imaging, data entry, document location, reporting and related tasks while assisting management.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork, with potential site assignments and adherence to site-specific safety policies.

Qualifications

• Pre-Employment Physical (office or field work)
• Drug Screen
• The ability to obtain/maintain "L" or "Q" Clearance, or HSPD12 Uncleared badge one year from hire date
• Background Check
• Any site required training

Responsibilities

• Provides technical, administrative and/or functional support to the RMDC team
• Assigned job duties may support RMDC functional areas such as imaging, tracking, data entry / administration, coordination with other work groups, document location, reporting and related areas
• Performs basic text input and editing on assigned equipment
• Aids in design and development of new applications
• May recommend modifications to existing procedures, systems and methods of operation
• Operates office automation
• Performs duties of general/routine complexity in nature
• Other job related duties as assigned
• Maintains knowledge of and demonstrates ability to perform work safely in accordance with all approved safety policies, procedures and applicable regulations and performs assigned duties in a safe manner
• Actively participates in Safety Work Groups
