Job summary

Jobot is seeking a highly organized Senior RMA & Logistics Specialist to join our Sunnyvale team on-site for a long-term contract with strong potential for permanent hire. You will manage RMA activity end-to-end, coordinate around warehouses, data centers, and contract manufacturers, and partner with multiple internal teams.

The role demands 5+ years in RMA/logistics, advanced Excel, NetSuite and Jira proficiency, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in RMA operations, reverse logistics, inventory control, or related environments.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Jira or similar workflow systems.
• Experience managing RMAs, warranty processes, shipment tracking, inventory verification, and exception management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and reconciliation.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
• Experience improving operational processes and workflows.
• Experience coordinating with contract manufacturers, 3PLs, warehouses, and vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple RMAs and inventory issues concurrently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across multiple teams.
• Comfortable in office and warehouse environments; physical inventory verification.

Responsibilities

• Own RMA activity from authorization through final closure.
• Coordinate movement and tracking of hardware across sites.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Finance, Inventory, Receiving, Warehouse, and Contract Manufacturing.
• Coordinate shipments, carrier activity, and inventory transfers while maintaining visibility.
• Verify units against RMAs, inventory records, and documentation.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and improve workflows, reporting, and tracking.
• Maintain records in NetSuite, Jira, Smartsheet, and carrier portals; use Excel for reporting.
• Support inspections, failure analysis, and disposition decisions.
• Perform physical inventory verification and warehouse audits.
• Communicate status updates and drive accountability across teams.
