Job summary

WTW is seeking a Senior Risk Consultant to lead data-driven analyses for some of the world’s largest organizations. You will apply actuarial techniques and WTW tools to quantify risks, develop risk transfer strategies, and align risk decisions with financial performance.

You will guide junior team members, present findings to clients, and contribute to new business opportunities while leveraging AI methods and advanced modelling capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of risk/insurance analytic experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to different audiences.
• Client facing experience preferred.
• Good understanding of how insurance coverages operate.
• Work well in a team environment.
• Project management skills preferred.
• Experience using AI models for project research.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, programming skills (R) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform modeling analysis for clients’ risks using standard actuarial techniques and WTW tools.
• Ensure quality of work by participating in peer reviews.
• Maintain a comprehensive audit trail for all analyses.
• Present analytic results and recommendations to clients professionally and timely.
• Direct work for junior colleagues and provide coaching.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with internal client relationship managers.
• Support development of new business opportunities and existing relationships.
• Participate in R&D of new initiatives as required.
