Job summary

Sturgeon Consulting, a Liberty Insurance Agency Company, is growing and seeking a Risk Management Consultant to work with manufacturing and construction clients. You will conduct site assessments, implement safety programs, deliver training, and guide claim management for better risk outcomes.

You will translate complex regulatory topics into plain language for leaders across levels, travel regionally (75%+), and collaborate with Liberty teams to protect employees and reduce total risk impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Management / EHS or equivalent.
• 5+ years in safety consulting or occupational health and safety and regulatory experience.
• Solid command of OSHA Standards; environmental knowledge is a plus.
• Professional certification (CSP, ASP, OHST, CHST, CIH) preferred; we support certification.
• Ability to write, develop, and deliver presentations to all levels in organizations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site assessments and implement safety programs for diverse manufacturing and construction clients.
• Provide training classes, prevent injuries, manage regulatory compliance, and guide claim management.
• Communicate complex regulatory topics in plain language for plant floor supervisors to CFOs.
• Travel to client sites; work independently in client-facing roles while collaborating with internal teams.
